For the creation of the environmental object’s form, I used the classical shapes of Latgale ceramic pots, precisely because of their special rhythm and specificity, as well as the pot as a symbolic representative of Latgale ceramics.
I structured them in a specific composition, where the vertical direction symbolizes J. Pujāts’ elevation of Latgale ceramics to the world, while the horizontal planes symbolize the shelves on which it is arranged — thus attempting to show the fruits of J. Pujāts’ work: structuring and arranging, tracing ceramics and generations of ceramicists, as well as individual masters.
